This by far is the worst realtor in Mercer, WI. My husband and I had been looking for a house for over a year, and decided to expand our search by going further north of Madison, WI. We reached out to Diana G, from Pierce Realty who agreed to help us find our forever home. I work from home as a teacher and reliable internet and fast internet was a MUST and was expressed as a NEED, not a WANT, when looking for home. We finally found our home, and was told it had internet by Diana G (1 of many lies). We reached out to every internet company and found out there was no reliable internet or very limited internet (also tested with my AT&T hotspot during home inspection). It was a turning point for us and we had to back out. Diana G, was visibly upset with us for having to back out, that she continued to make us feel bad and had more sympathy for the sellers vs us, instead of her offering to help us find another house with internet. They did nothing by lie and never "cared" about what WE needed, only what the sellers wanted since they were all from the same little town. Also, they refused to give me all my earnest money cause the sellers were upset with us as well and felt they deserved half my earnest money! DO NOT USE Pierce Realty.
Mick helped me locate a second home on the TFF years ago. She quickly found me a great home that has been the center of our family's vacations ever since. There were very few great options in the area and I had used a few other realtors prior to contacting this office. I would highly recommend them.
